In between summer practice, student-athletes from the Football team spent time at Lindenwood Christian Summer Camp. The guys talked about the importance of sportsmanship, nutrition, being a student-athlete, and staying active in things they love to do. After they spoke, the kids got to practice their own football skills with some drills led by the guys! The day ended with some autographs and even a push-up contest (of course the kids won!).
“We really enjoyed the Memphis Tiger football players today. They did an awesome job communicating healthy living tips, education, sportsmanship, and the importance of pursuing OUR dreams while always being prepared with a backup plan.” -Kenny, Camp Coordinator

Five student athletes from the soccer, track, and football teams attended the Brookmeade Elementary Bedtime Stories event on November 29. These students represented the school with grace and honor.
